Sunday Brunch Bar Ideas
Bloody Mary Shooters

You’ll need:
- 2 Quarts Tomato or Clamato Juice, chilled
- 1 ½ cups Vodka
- 6 limes, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Celery Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Hot Sauce
- Olives, pickled okra, or gherkins for garnish
Add all dry ingredients to a large pitcher. Pour in wet ingredients. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving.
Build Your Own Mimosa Bar
Kick things up a notch when it comes to mimosas. Don’t just go for the tradtional orange juice. Why not try:
- Peach
- Strawberry
- Mango
- Pomegranate
- Fresh Lemonade
- Pineapple

Irish Breakfast Shots

You’ll need:
- Shot glasses filled with 25 ml. Irish Whisky & 25 ml. Butterscotch Schnapps
- Small rocks Glasses filled with 50 ml. of Orange Juice for chasing
- 1 inch pieces of bacon for garnish
Instruct guests to eat the bacon, take the shot, and chase with OJ. Trust me, it really is absolutely delicious for any brunch reception.
